We are a privately owned financial planning firm in Brisbane's CBD, dedicated to providing personalised, high-quality financial advice, and building long lasting relationships with our clients.

You'll be joining an award-winning team, where advisors' doors are open and you are actively encouraged to ask questions.
We help high-complexity clients and high net worth individuals, who are predominately executives and business owners.

You will work closely with three experienced financial planners who pride themselves on providing holistic advice across a range of strategies.

About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will work to ensure every client receives exceptional services.
You'll be instrumental in ensuring advisors are prepared for their meetings, and ensuring action items after meetings are followed through in a timely manner.

This role is based in our Brisbane CBD office.

Prepare strategies and agendas for both review and new client meetings Attend client meetings and take notes Ensure actions from client meetings are followed through, including liaising and following through with other service professionals Prepare paraplanning requests and review advice documentation Work with our client services and implementation teams to deliver client outcomes Update workflow management and CRM systems Contribute to business-wide projects focusing on process improvement and innovation Follow policies, processes and service standards About you
Degree or higher qualification in finance, business or related discipline Four years of experience in a paraplanning or associate role Experience in working with high-complexity individuals and business owner clients Demonstrated innovation and process improvement ability Ability to problem solve, think critically and have attention to detail Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Fosters a collaborative and collegiate team culture Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
