Our NDIS Paediatric Clients Require Services Such As: Functional Assessments: Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine a child's ability to perform age-appropriate daily activities. Developmental Assessments: Assessing fine motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory processing, and cognitive development. School-Based Assessments: Evaluating a child's functional capacity in an educational setting. Assistive Technology Recommendations: Identifying and recommending adaptive equipment and technology. Referral Process At Timely Home Care, we make the referral process seamless: Referral Request: We receive client referrals from NDIS coordinators or case managers. Referral Acceptance: If the referral matches your availability and expertise, you accept the referral. Client Scheduling: Coordinate directly with the family to arrange a convenient appointment. Service Delivery: You provide the required services. We handle all communications with NDIS coordinators and case managers. Reporting: Submit your report, and we ensure that all relevant documentation is passed on to the case manager. The ideal candidate is: Experienced in conducting functional and developmental assessments for paediatric NDIS clients. Skilled in working with a variety of developmental, cognitive, and physical conditions. Independent and capable of managing referrals autonomously. Flexible and adaptable to accommodate client schedules. Proactive in delivering personalised care. Excellent in communication to interact effectively with clients, families, and case managers. Multilingual ability and cultural sensitivity are highly valued.
