About the Role Located in Sydney, this new and exciting role will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to ensure the short and long-term growth and success of Opteon's Residential Development Division in Victoria. This will be achieved by working directly with the National Director and other State Directors to implement and deliver the regional strategy.
The strategic motivation for this role is to assist in managing Valuation operations within the Residential Development division, achieving operational and service excellence aligned to client expectations.
You will build your team and develop a strong internal service culture, ensuring a service delivery approach that is responsive to the operational and strategic needs of the organisation. This will be achieved by fostering positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and timely outcomes of business priorities.
By leveraging Opteon's strong reputation, exceptional team of experienced valuers and long-standing relationships you will continuously improve and innovate our Residential Development service to further expand our market share.
