Our client is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage their Tamworth branch. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence and supporting the continued growth of their services within the region.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team across sales, stores, accounts, and technical support functions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local agricultural clients. Oversee daily operations, including stock management, order fulfillment, and customer service excellence. Manage branch financials, including budgets and revenue targets. Drive strategic growth initiatives for the Tamworth region. About You: Experience in a trade-based or agricultural supplies business is highly valued. Proven leadership experience in managing diverse teams. Strong understanding of irrigation, pumps, or similar water systems. Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
