Part time or Full time role within a fast-growing, family-owned and operated global brand and online B2C business specializing in a broad range of skincare, wellness, and Aromatherapy products to luxury destinations in over 25 countries.
We are looking for an upbeat, tech-savvy, and operationally savvy admin assistant to join our friendly, dynamic team and help us reach our goals.
You will support the Operations team with day-to-day operations, which include, but are not limited to:
Day-to-day admin duties Preparing and reviewing invoicing and shipping documents such as packing lists Preparing reports and spreadsheets compiling performance data Improving administrative systems and implementing procedures Assisting the operations team in managing day-to-day stock flow, including placing orders and booking couriers Onboarding and updating products to our online store (Shopify) and managing customer inquiries Managing Ecommerce apps and promotions on Shopify Email management and B2B Customer Support for certain regions Shipping and logistics management with third parties Operations & Ecommerce Assistant Business: Subtle Energies

This admin-focused and organized role requires experience in Mac OS, iWork Numbers, Excel, Word, Stock Management Systems, Dropbox, Zoom, and Apple Mail, as well as very strong people skills, high numerical literacy, and professional-level writing capabilities.
Experience in business management will be handy.
You will need to be an easy-going, efficient multi-tasker and critical thinker who can move fluidly between managing spreadsheets, dealing with customers, providing checks and balances to overall operations, and processing online orders.
The following skills could be an advantage:
