As an Operations Coordinator, you will contribute to the continued delivery of exceptional customer service, maximise profitability, and enhance efficiency through the Operations Team. You will deliver operational excellence by ensuring policies and procedures are followed, compliance is ensured, and efficiency is maximised.
Prioritising tasks and coordinating the operations team to operate a highly efficient back of house, adhering to procedural control measures. Managing stock flow including inbound goods processing, returns processing, transfers, and invoice management. Providing excellent customer service and effectively handling customer complaints and queries. Ensuring all Back of House activities meet compliance and safety requirements, with particular emphasis on safe product handling, use of equipment and machinery, and incident reporting. About you
An individual who loves working in a casual fun atmosphere. You thrive in a retail environment and draw upon your knowledge of Operations (stock flow, inbound & outbound goods, etc.). Strong multi-tasking skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail. Understanding of inventory management and processes. Ability to build and maintain external and internal stakeholder relationships.
