OAC Glebe is nestled on a peaceful, leafy street with a meaningful place in the local community. The campus has been renovated beautifully but still retains its charming features and heritage.
Our Education and Operations leaders have supported with organising the layout of this impressive space to effectively cater for up to 120 children per day (currently approx. 70 attending). We have kept original features such as a fireplace and wooden flooring to maintain an inviting and homely atmosphere. With 6 classrooms and 2 outdoor play spaces, children and educators at OAC Glebe have the resources needed to thrive!
Campus Director opportunity :
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate ECE advocate and leader to join the OAC family as Director of our wonderful Glebe service. Our friendly team of educators and passionate Assistant Director look forward to welcoming a new Campus leader.
You will be joining our organisation at an exciting time as we have just rolled out our CD training program for 2025. You will take part in a new initiative we are running to enable our Directors to become the 'CEO of their Campus'.
As Campus Director you will manage the operations of the centre with a particular focus on our 5 key pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety, and Financial performance. We will provide you with the tools, mentoring, and technology to enable you to succeed in the role.
We want to support you through mentorship and training to take autonomy for running the business so you can take pride in your leadership style and develop your career. We hope to shape future OAC leaders and offer exciting internal progression opportunities within our education, pedagogy, safety, and operations teams.
