Online Store Supervisor
The Shoe Group (TSG) - Spendless Shoes is one of Australia's largest shoe retailers with over 200 stores around Australia with a suite of labels such as Spendless, Corasol, Wildfire, Vybe, Everflex & Olympus Shoes.
We are seeking an Online Store Supervisor for our National Distribution Centre.
The Online Store Supervisor leads a team focused on efficient and accurate online order processing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Collaborating with the DC Operations Manager and Supervisors in other departments, this role provides guidance, sets clear expectations, and fosters a positive, results-oriented team culture.
The Online Store Supervisor is responsible for workforce planning during peak sales events, maintaining order accuracy, upholding safety standards, and optimising team performance based on strategic, data-driven insights.
Qualifications and skills required:
Experience in leading and supervising teams in a warehouse environment Ability to deliver and improve agreed KPIs with your team Strategic thinking and data analysis skills for effective decision-making Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to adapt in a fast-paced environment Managing inventory and stock control Strong leadership and communication abilities Available to start from 7am Maintain the safety and security of the warehouse, products, and team members What you bring:
