Elecnor has been contracted to build EnergyConnect, a new 700km transmission line extending from Wagga Wagga NSW to the South Australian border.
This backbone infrastructure will connect customers with more renewable energy, enabling a further 4950MW of generation capacity, saving NSW customers $180 million a year and creating 1,500 new construction jobs in regional NSW.
Construction of EnergyConnect is underway in various locations across the project timeline.

The role As the HSE Advisor within the HSSE team, you will assist the team in ensuring that the company maintains a healthy and safe working environment.
Your scope will be for all personnel, in accordance with the Elecnor management system expectations, operating standards, HSSE management manual, statutory requirements, and client specifications.
Your duties and responsibilities will include: Assist with maintaining the company HSSE event database including data entry as required Administer accounts and services for the HSSE department Administer supply and issue of office-based PPE and equipment Collate and develop periodic HSSE performance reports and presentations (Power BI, M&R, Board HSE) Assist in the preparation of statistical and administrative information for pre-qualification and tender purposes Coordinate HSSE training courses/workshops/meetings for our Sydney office Maintain HSSE intranet content Your skills and experience: Experience in a HSSE related role preferred This is an opportunity to make a significant contribution to one of the nation's largest energy infrastructure projects in an exciting and challenging role.
