Are you a self-starter with a knack for multitasking and a great sense of humour? Work for a small but growing family-owned financial planning business located in fantastic city offices.
Due to retirement, they are looking for an Office Administrator from financial services who can juggle multiple duties while keeping their clients smiling.
What You'll Be Doing: Manage calls– both inbound and outbound. Assisting planners with setting up new client files and conducting research. Preparing forms and letters for clients. Following up on due diligence for client files by contacting insurance and superannuation companies. Entering data into Xplan. Preparing supporting documents for Statement of Advice documents. Handling invoicing. Collecting, opening, and distributing company mail electronically. Scheduling and confirming appointments for staff. Ordering stationery and arranging office supplies. Collating and reviewing documents. Tackling any other tasks that come your way. What We're Looking For: Experience in a customer service-oriented environment, dealing with customers, clients, and staff. Excellent customer service skills with a top-notch telephone manner. Intermediate PC skills. Prior experience in the Financial Services industry. Ability to work unsupervised and handle a variety of duties.
