Moral Care is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Office Administrator to join our growing team.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Newcastle office, providing administrative support to the Managing Director and HR Coordinator, and assisting with essential tasks related to NDIS client care.
What You'll Do: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including bank reconciliations, customer payments, and vendor invoices.
Generate routine sales and expense reports for management.
Assist with processing timesheets and onboarding new employees.
Handle administrative tasks such as contacting staff, managing insurance renewals and claims, and arranging van and equipment servicing.
Respond to client queries, take phone messages, and complete other office duties as needed.
Be a champion for our clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have: A minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration.
Strong skills with experience using management software (training provided on our specific system).
Experience with Shiftcare preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a willingness to learn new software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
A proactive and positive attitude with a focus on detail and accuracy.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for supporting people with disabilities and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
