The role of Transformation Stream Leader is to ensure that the company can identify, develop, and deliver large transformation programs in the Network Operations Transformation domain in a continuous, timely, and profitable manner.
The primary responsibility of the Transformation Principal role is to work with Domain Experts, Use Case Designers, developers, and the Sales team to engage customer teams to identify and develop comprehensive E2E Managed Operations Transformation programs that bring clear tangible value through either automation and/or analytics, improving the overall efficiencies of day-to-day operations and lowering risk.
