The Opportunity
Reporting to The Training Coordinator
We are currently seeking an experienced administration officer for our modern export Abattoir Training Department.
About You
We're looking for someone who is innovative, smart and reliable. You should possess the ability to produce quality outcomes in a timely manner. Whilst being surrounded by a supportive team, you will be able to work effectively autonomously and require supervision only as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day training data of employee training information Help organise training programs required both internal and external Liaise with supervisors and management regarding employee training Liaise with RTO and external training providers Liaise with internal trainers regarding departmental training Maintain electronic training records and database Organise and apply for government funding Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in administration Knowledge of current workplace legislation Good computer skills in both Word and Excel Good communication and phone skills Good organisational skills Ideally have some previous experience in the processing industry Have some knowledge of Work Instructions & Safe Work Procedures Show a high level of confidentiality Have own reliable transport WHY US?
