We are a boutique village style not-for-profit facility located in Roselands, seeking an enthusiastic part-time RAO Employee (Wednesday-Saturday 10am-3pm) to support the emotional and physical wellbeing of our residents and make a positive contribution to their daily lives.

Skills & Experience Must be outgoing, energetic and highly creative! Ability to plan and deliver a variety of quality activities and assist our on-site Cafe Previous experience in a Lifestyle role and care planning An understanding of Dementia Support Commitment to the provision of quality care and continuous improvement Able to work without direct supervision Display initiative, integrity and a strong work ethic Hold a current Police Check Please note that only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
