Job Description
Cloud Administrator 12 months with 2x12 months options to extendLocation – ACT, flexible interstate arrangements can be discussed.Australian Citizens with current NV1 clearanceInfinite Consulting is seeking a Cloud Administrator for our esteemed Federal Government Client.
This is a long term contract with 12 months initial term and 2x12 months options to extend, based on funding and approval.
About the role As a Cloud Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity, performance, and security of cloud-based systems.
This position requires a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities include: Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to AWS cloud infrastructure; monitor the performance of cloud systems, proactively identifying and addressing any performance bottlenecks or issues.Contribute to discussions requiring expert advice on cloud infrastructure and related technologies.Maintain and administer Linux servers, ensuring their stability, security and optimizing performance in a cloud environment.Configure and provide advice on Cloudflare configuration to optimize performance and enhance security.Essential Role Requirements: Demonstrated experience in AWS Cloud Administration with expertise in: AWS services, API Gateway, Lambda, S3, IAM, EC2, CloudFormation, SQS & SNS.Demonstrated experience in Linux Administration with proven experience in: System configuration, troubleshooting and performance optimization, automation experience using tools such as Ansible.Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following: Utilizing Cloudflare's security services to secure web applications and caching features, Integrating Salesforce with AWS environments and Amazon Connect, managing either a Splunk or Elastic cluster in a production environment.Submission Requirements: Initial term: 12 months
Extension: 2x12 months extension options
Clearance: Australian Citizens with NV1 clearance
