As General Manager UCC Coffee Australia you'll take the helm of a business that is setting the standard across consistency, quality and excellence in big batch roasting.
2025 signals the start of UCC Coffee Australia's three-year planning cycle—a rare opportunity to bring fresh ideas, drive transformation, and shape the future of the business. And, as part of the wider UCC ANZ Executive you'll work across a thriving multi-brand, multi-channel, multi-market, customer-focused business to deliver innovative and sustainable growth at every level.
Your focus : Shape our business into one that sets the standard in all things coffee. Identify and execute growth opportunities through innovation, transformation and operational efficiencies. Drive strategic customer partnerships with high-profile national accounts, fostering collaboration and delivering sustained growth. Deliver results-focused leadership with full P&L responsibility and supply chain leadership. Achieve operational excellence by enhancing scalability and efficiency. Build a culture of ambition, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your profile : You'll be a proven General Manager, with full P&L ownership experience in the world of coffee or FMCG, ready to optimise and grow an already successful business. While your industry background may vary, your ability to deliver results, shape customer-focused strategies, and build sustainable success will define your impact.
