Management of all subcontractor requests from Sites Subbie Request Forms.
Reviewing our labour pool and selecting appropriate candidates that align with the request.
Scheduling and mobilising various subcontractors to sites.
Coordinate inductions for current and new subcontractors – via HSET teams.
Ensuring compliance of site access for new and existing subcontractors with Site Admins where available.
Maintain induction records and follow up with workers to ensure compliance.
Overall management of the active subcontractor list.
Monitor and upload expiring documents and competencies into the relevant system, via HSET team.
Raising requisitions and subsequent receipting of purchase orders.
Develop effective working relationships, through consultation and engagement with our regional maintenance team.
Ensuring matching of timesheets in accordance with POs and Rates and relevant receipting.
Support the Rental Administration function as required.
What the ideal candidate has:
Significant experience within a fast-paced administration role.
Previous experience in a mobilisation and onboarding role within the resources sector.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
Strong communication and people skills, comfortable integrating into a diverse team and building strong relationships with your workmates.
Self-motivated, high-energy, and consistently strive to deliver quality outcomes.
