Job Description You will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks with support and supervision, including but not limited to:
Working on a diverse range of workplace relations matters, including employee entitlements, enterprise bargaining and enterprise agreement disputes, executive employment and corporate governance issues, award classifications and post-employment restraints, broad employment law matters. Advising on commercial contracts, commercial law matters, drafting commercial agreements and providing commercial advice. Being a key contact with regular involvement with clients, which include employers and employees across various sectors. Appearing in various courts and tribunals, including the Fair Work Commission. The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will: Be an admitted lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE. Exhibit strong attention to detail. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Show initiative and work well within a team. Capably manage multiple priorities. Be proactive, eager to learn, and maintain a positive attitude. Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
