Job Description As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, and implementation of a quality management programme from quality assurance to control.
This could look like : Establishing and defining product quality standards Developing quality processes and procedures Working closely with suppliers to ensure quality of product Continuous improvement activities Setting up quality control and inspection processes Working with and managing performance of 3rd party suppliers Coaching and leading the Quality team as it grows The Successful Applicant Our ideal candidate has previous experience setting up a quality system and processes. Alternatively, you should know what good looks like and be keen to take the next step in your career. You will also have :
