Job Description The responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to the following:
The ability to autonomously prepare, manage and evaluate the tender process, including general tender documentation, pricing submissions, negotiations, evaluation and recommendation documents, and terms and conditions reviews; with the aim of creating foundation/framework contracts with regular service providers. The analysis of existing and identification of new suppliers, particularly service providers; engaging in direct negotiations as required to improve commercial outcomes, performance, and/or other measurables. The review and maintenance of existing contracts through the registry, including performance reviews, variations, and commercial reviews. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Previous experience designing, implementing, and managing an end-to-end procurement process/strategy, ideally pertaining to services. Demonstrated experience within the health industry or category management experience across pharmaceuticals/alcohol. Ability to demonstrate experience managing negotiations for medium to high-risk contracts/projects.
