About the role:
We seek an Office Administrator to join our Whyalla team. Reporting to the Administration Manager-Regional SA, you will support the business operations with varied administrative duties. We are looking for a team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude, exceptional time management skills, and experience in project and financial administration. Previous experience in the building and construction services sector is advantageous. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time position with the possibility of ongoing employment.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office Processing progress claims, invoices, and monthly payments for debtors and creditors including raising purchase orders Inputting project budgets, variations, and assisting with monthly financial forecasting Credit card reconciliations Administering subcontractor and supplier agreements Providing administrative project support to Project Managers Record keeping and file management Processing employee timesheets, organising staff training and travel Stationery and uniform ordering, organising meetings and catering, as well as general office housekeeping Other ad-hoc administrative duties Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol and Fit for work assessment How to apply:
