Key Responsibilities :
Proactively seek new business prospects to grow our already large Property Management portfolio.
Harness the power of our existing property management and real estate database to cultivate fresh opportunities and in-house leads.
Foster enduring relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring sustained success.
Tap into your network and resources to identify potential landlords and convert them into valuable business.
Establish and strengthen partnerships with referral partners.
Streamline client transitions to the property management team.
Effectively manage referral leads generated by our top-performing sales team.
Collaborate closely with leadership to align business development strategies with company-wide objectives.
About You :
Proven track record within a Sales environment, preferably with a current Real Estate Agent Licence or Registration.
A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle.
A relentless drive and determination to excel in a competitive market.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
