These Contracting roles are as work demands and are well suited to work in with your business, other part-time work, or as an addition to your current contracting services. Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines. Good interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to take direction. Demonstrated ability to negotiate with a range of stakeholders including the client, medical practitioners, rehabilitation providers, and employers. The Program
OSAs are used to determine the appropriate level of ongoing support that a participant (employee living with a disability), in a program with a Disability Employment Service (DES) provider, needs to maintain their employment. The purpose of a SWS Assessment is to provide a method for a reliable and independent work productivity assessment which determines the actual productivity rate of a person with a disability working in the open labour market.
Diversity and Inclusion
We are proud to hold the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) Employer of Choice Citation and be a recognised Disability Confident Company. At MAX, we value diversity – in the backgrounds, ideas, work styles, and perspectives of our team. We strongly encourage people with disabilities, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people, mature-aged workers, and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds to apply.
We adhere to the National Principles for Child Safety and require all team members to be committed to child safety and well-being. Our induction and training will provide you with these principles, including having an understanding of children's developmental needs and culturally safe practices.
