Overview:
Be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategy, annual plan and marketing activities for Australia & be marketing and brand guardian and consultant for New Zealand with an aim to continue to build up the premium brand position and support aggressive business growth.
Responsibilities: BRAND MARKETING:
Develop and implement marketing strategy and annual plan for Australia to support aggressive business growth. Develop impactful marketing campaigns to increase brand / new product exposure & consideration, and driving traffic to relevant EC platforms & DTC. Manage brand-owned social media to continue to drive brand engagement. Drive & explore community marketing to reach targeted consumers and drive engagement. OTHERS:
Provide local consumer insights to APAC PD / Marketing team. Manage and control marketing budget. Manage & coach agencies. Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, literature, or related field. More than 7 years marketing experience, preferably with consumer goods / lifestyle brands / sport goods background, with a specific emphasis in brand strategy, digital / social media marketing, marketing campaigns, trade marketing or agency roles. Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
