The role:
Liaise with freight companies and customers on deliveries and pick-ups.
Process and complete shipping and delivery of finished goods, including packaging, labeling, and shipping/consignment documentation.
Assist with producing a production schedule to meet demand and capacity.
Assist with inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and control of stock levels.
Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Plan and purchase adequate stock of raw materials and goods.
About you:
Proven experience organizing freight within a logistics environment.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
Stakeholder engagement with the ability to build strong working relationships.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem-solve.
Experience liaising with transport companies and logistics.
High-risk work license - forklift.
Hold full Australian work rights.
