About the Role : This full-time role is responsible for the collating & processing of delivery documents, data entry of delivery scheduling & order information, liaising with our customers regarding deliveries and orders.
Primary Responsibilities : Be an all-rounder for administrative support Collating and processing of delivery schedules Liaise with customers regarding deliveries and orders Answering phone calls and emails Provide customers with a comprehensive and accurate daily order report / back-order report About You : You will be a self-motivated Administrator who enjoys working in a high-performance culture.
To be considered, applicants MUST have : Previous experience in a logistics industry High level data entry skills Excellent attention to detail A reliable / stable work history with a good attitude to safety Attention to detail; and an ability to work autonomously The ability to express yourself clearly and concisely in verbal and written communication.
