Our client is a highly regarded mid-tier law firm in the heart of Sydney's CBD, known for their supportive, inclusive culture and a genuine focus on career progression—especially for their Legal Secretaries.
In this role, you'll be supporting a Senior Partner and their team in the Commercial Litigation practice. Your organisational skills and proactive approach will be crucial in the day-to-day running of this busy practice, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Whether it's preparing complex briefs, managing diaries, or overseeing billing and costs management, you'll be the indispensable link that keeps the team running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Managing complex monthly billing and costs End-to-end file management Liaising with third parties on behalf of the Partner Calendar and inbox management Preparing court bundles, briefs, and e-filing of court documents Managing expenses and organizing travel General administrative support as needed About You: 10+ years of experience as a Commercial Litigation Legal Secretary in a commercial law firm (litigation experience is absolutely essential) Experience using Aderant (or similar practice management software) Exceptional communication and organisational skills A proactive team player who can also work independently Ideally you'll have longevity in their past role/s Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Full working rights in Australia Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday If you're looking for a role where you can grow, make a difference, and be valued for your contributions, apply today!
