Lecturer in Animal & Equine Management
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with passion, knowledge, and experience within the animal and equine sector to join a successful department and contribute to the delivery of highly effective teaching, learning, and assessment of learners across levels 1-6. This role will involve delivery of animal and equine management / science plus an active contribution to the development of learners' English and maths skills.
Within this role, the post holder will have a desire to see learners succeed and enthusiasm and commitment to support learners to maximize their potential, making positive progress towards their timely success. The post holder will contribute to the positive work of the College in raising aspirations of students, delivering an outstanding learning experience, and developing the standards of teaching and learning.
Animal & Equine Studies
Based at our Cannington Centre, the animal and equine department boasts an extensive animal collection. The Equestrian Centre is a BHS approved training and examination centre with comprehensive equestrian facilities and dedicated teaching areas. Across the Animal Management and Equine provision, experienced vocational staff offer a diverse range of tuition for learners of all ages from level 1 to 6 and work in partnership with industry, regulatory bodies, and higher education partners.
