About the Role: Advertisement and leasing of properties. Conducting open inspections and managing in/outgoing inspections. Overseeing the leasing process from inquiry to drafting leases. Providing assistance to our property management team. Utilizing our systems to ensure a seamless leasing experience for both tenants and landlords. Scheduling and coordinating property maintenance, improvements, and inspections. Monday to Saturday position with a weekday off. About You: Possession of a Real Estate license or assistant agent certificate. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. Strong passion for and commitment to customer service.
