Full time Join our team as a Lead System Architect to lead the adoption, modernisation and acceleration of Pega across Banking and Financial Services at Macquarie. Our Pega platform and workflow automation competency is critical in delivering orchestration and automation across a number of key areas including Personal Banking, Business Banking and Wealth Management.

What role will you play? As a Pega Lead Solution Architect, you'll deliver orchestration and workflow automation across a number of key business areas including Originations, Servicing, Payments, and Collections.
Using your deep experience with Pega based solutions, you will be focused on delivering business outcomes through exceptional engineering. You will have a passion for managing and leading a team along with a track record of mentoring engineers to help them achieve their goals.
We value customer focus and a deep understanding of the value of customer experience, human centred design and a product mindset. Strong problem solving and process improvement skills alongside strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with all levels of stakeholders are essential.
What you offer Experience as a Lead Pega Solution Architect / Engineer providing technical expertise, design oversight and guidance to a team of Engineers. Highly experienced in design, development, and implementation of Pega based solutions. Highly experienced in conducting system architecture design to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Previous or current experience providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Demonstrable experience leading a team in DevOps model and experienced with continuous integration and delivery. Familiarity with the latest features and capabilities in Pega, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
