We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Dentist to join our well-established practice, DB Dental Mandurah.
About DB Mandurah We are a large very busy 5 chair dental practice with OPG & intra-oral cameras and a well-established patient following. You'll be joining a supportive team environment, alongside 4 other associate dentists and an in-house prosthetist.

About the Role As the Lead Dentist, you'll motivate and empower your team to deliver the highest level of care and service, with a compassionate nature that puts patients at ease. Leading by example, you'll combine dental excellence with superior interpersonal skills to ensure your team performs optimally, the practice meets objectives, and every patient receives a wholly positive experience.
