About the role:
Work with sophisticated clients, such as trusts, corporations, and high net worth individuals.
Advise on tax implications of mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructures, and business transactions.
Attend ATO audits and reviews and liaise with regulatory bodies.
The ideal candidate:
Mid-Senior Lawyer with 3-5 years PQE.
A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
Up to date knowledge of tax laws & legislations.
Excellent communication & drafting skills.
Strong client service & relationship skills.
Exceptional time management & organisational skills, and ability to handle multiple matters.
