Reporting to an industry-leading famous expert strata law Partner with an impressive track record, you will relish the challenge and mentorship in providing top quality innovative advice and resolving disputes for high-end clients in the strata / community title industry (body corporates, community schemes, owners corporations / unit holders) including:
Drafting / advising regarding by-laws, building defects, strata / community management agreements, building management / caretaker agreements, company constitutions, easements, leases / licenses;
Property / construction litigation including appearances in various specialist tribunals (e.g., NCAT) and courts and attending mediations.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are EITHER a transactional / advisory PROPERTY AND / OR CONSTRUCTION solicitor AND / OR LITIGATION solicitor (litigating property / construction and / or strata disputes) with minimum 2 - 10+ years' experience;
Have had some exposure to strata issues and / or acted for strata industry clients (preferable not essential);
