Position Summary :
This role is tailored for a Lawyer with experience in Commercial, Litigation, or Insolvency law. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients, working closely with partners and senior associates on various matters, including commercial contracts, disputes, and insolvency proceedings.
Key Responsibilities :
Conducting legal research and analysis
Drafting and reviewing legal documents
Advising clients on legal matters
Representing clients in court proceedings
Managing caseloads and deadlines
Contributing to the development of the firm's practice areas
Qualifications and Experience :
Bachelor of Law degree and admission to the Australian legal profession
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial, litigation, or insolvency law
Strong legal research and writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
