Location: Australia, Macquarie Park Target start date: 01 / 05 / 2025 iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.
PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

As Launch Project Coordinator VIE in our team, you will leverage your strong business acumen, collaboration skills, agility, and ability to influence, prioritize, and solve problems to support the strategic priorities and day-to-day operations of the newly formed Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes (aT1D) franchise in Australia.

Main responsibilities:
Provide critical input into business and performance management during the early pre-launch phase.
Assist in executing and planning commercial pre-launch activities in close collaboration with the Franchise Lead, including project coordination.
Collaborate in the co-development and adaptation of the global brand strategy to align with the unique needs of the local market.
Execute the global to local brand strategy, including the localization of content and messaging to ensure relevance and impact in the Australian market.
Work with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive local stakeholder engagement strategy, targeting a broad ecosystem of stakeholders.
Lead the development and execution of a cross-functional activation strategy, delivering best-in-class campaigns that resonate with the local audience.
About you
Experience:
1+ year of experience in a similar role or in the pharma industry.
Soft and Technical skills:
Proven brand management and project management capabilities.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt with agility in a dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Extended Microsoft Office knowledge.
Ability to work in a matrix environment.
Education:
Master's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
Languages:
Fluency in English and French.
