As the APAC Channel Sales Leader, you will drive incremental revenue for Körber by building and scaling a highly capable Resell Partner ecosystem for all of APAC. In this role, you will recruit, develop and manage strategic and focused partners for Körber supply chain solutions. You will work with Körber internal teams including executives, marketing, sales, professional services and product management.
What a day in the life looks like: Identify, recruit, and develop Resellers to expand Körber's Partner ecosystem, driving revenue and successful customer outcomes. Collaborate with Körber teams (Sales, Presales, Services) to align partner and customer strategies for success. Position Körber solutions with partners, highlighting functionality, value propositions, and target markets. Negotiate partnership agreements, oversee onboarding, and promote partner education to enhance solution implementation and support. Execute joint go-to-market strategies through events, webinars, and marketing activities to drive new business opportunities. Ensure accurate deal data in Salesforce CRM and achieve/exceed Körber APAC resell sales targets. What you bring to the team: 8-10 years of partnership and channel/sales experience in enterprise software, with APAC regional expertise and understanding. Experience with cloud technologies and knowledge of supply chain and supply chain technology solutions. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex subjects to C-level executives and engage in public speaking. Strong collaboration, self-motivation, and the ability to manage competing and changing priorities effectively. Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail. Willingness to travel up to 25%.
