Equipment & Safety : Manage maintenance schedules, ensure facility safety, and uphold compliance. Inventory & Supply Chain : Optimize inventory levels, supplier relationships, and material usage. Continuous Improvement : Implement initiatives to enhance operations and stay competitive. Requirements Experience : 5-7 years in manufacturing, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
