Roles and Responsibilities
Takes responsibility for the planning approach, delivery management and satisfactory completion of corporately prioritised testing features (typically with direct business impact and firm deadlines). Ensures that realistic test preparation and execution plans are maintained and ensures regular and accurate communication to stakeholders. Contributes to forecasting and ensures that testing deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale, and resource budgets, and are signed off. Provides effective leadership to the delivery team, and takes appropriate action where team performance deviates from agreed tolerances. Leads a testing team, creating a collaborative and productive working environment. Manages the prioritisation of teamwork items, leads iteration planning processes and ensures value is delivered incrementally throughout the delivery cycle. Communicates delivery progress, risks and issues to stakeholders. Facilitates and participates in reviews and contributes to the continuous improvement of testing processes within the scope of the team or initiative. #J-18808-Ljbffr
