KAEFER Integrated Services is urgently seeking a SITE MANAGER for a permanent position on our Alcoa Pinjarra project. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of site management, leading a team of 50 to ensure the timely completion of SMP activities. We are offering a competitive base salary for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all site activities, ensuring compliance with relevant Codes, Standards and best practices. Oversee the implementation of project plans including defining scope, deliverables, timelines & site resources. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth on-site operations and resolve any issues that arise. Monitor site progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet project deadlines. Document and report any site-related issues, implementing corrective actions swiftly to maintain project integrity. Prepare and deliver regular site status reports to stakeholders, including updates on progress, risks and any concerns. Facilitate daily site meetings with project teams and stakeholders to discuss ongoing work, safety measures and to address any issues collaboratively. Maintain open communication with key stakeholders, clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure alignment with project requirements and expectations. Implement and oversee quality assurance and quality control (QA / QC) measures to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations. Assist in managing site budgets, forecasts and financial reporting to ensure project viability and efficiency. About You Min. 10yrs+ progressive leadership experience in operations within the O&G, Fertilizer Plant, Refineries or Petrochemical industries demonstrating a proven ability to drive performance and deliver results. Extensive field experience is essential with a track record of effectively managing teams of up to 50 personnel in dynamic environments, ensuring high levels of motivation, safety and productivity. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Operations Management (or relevant field) or equivalent experience of 20yrs in lieu of Degree. Proven experience in job estimation including assessing project scopes and costs to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation before project initiation. Reside near Pinjarra to work a Monday to Friday work schedule (approx. 50hrs per week) ensuring availability for on-site leadership and operational oversight. Demonstrate strong leadership skills able to inspire and guide teams. Experience with Alcoa projects would be highly regarded. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders and clients to foster strong work relationships. Able to thrive under pressure and multi-task and prioritize workloads to meet tight deadlines. Strong written English skills able to understand site terminology.
