We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical IT Support professionals to join our dynamic team at Hire Sync. In this role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and organized technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems and applications run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly Assist users with technical inquiries and provide step-by-step guidance Maintain accurate documentation of support cases and resolutions Monitor and maintain IT systems, applications, and security protocols Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices Qualifications
Strong technical skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues Knowledge of IT systems, applications, and security protocols Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Experience in IT support or helpdesk roles (preferred) Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems (preferred) Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) (preferred) Certifications in relevant IT domains (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required) Additional Information
