In this role, your responsibilities will include:Supporting deal origination and execution efforts through valuation and financial modelling.Performing strategic and market analyses.Preparing critical board-level documentation.Managing client relationships with both domestic and international clients.Working alongside highly respected industry specialists, you will benefit from exceptional mentoring with significant opportunities for professional development.The ideal candidate will have:Between 3-6 years of M&A / Corporate Finance experience from an Investment Bank or leading Corporate Advisory firm.Strong financial modelling & financial analysis experience.Strong integrity & work ethic.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.Bachelor's degree in finance or related disciplines.Candidates must have full working rights for Australia to be considered.
