Provide expert advice and support to the Recoveries and Settlements leadership team on risk management strategy Lead and facilitate risk and control identification workshops Develop and maintain risk registers, heat maps, and other risk management tools Conduct risk assessments, root cause analyses, and incident response activities Monitor and report on risks, incidents, and audit actions Collaborate on regulatory responses and changes, ensuring compliance Support the business continuity framework, conducting business impact assessments and recovery planning Serve as a subject matter expert in risk and compliance, providing education and insights across the team What you'll need to succeed:
2+ years of experience in a similar operational risk or compliance role, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry Strong understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements, including GICOP, Privacy, and Claims Handling standards Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and solve complex problems Experience in Incident Management, Risk Profile, and Third-Party Risk Management Excellent analytical and communication skills If this sounds like your next role, please apply now!
