Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage three Incident Management professionals.
Systems Administrator – Identity and Automation Active Directory Specialist – Expert level experience with Windows Servers and Active Directory Senior Monitoring Engineer (SCOM) – Expert level experience with Windows Servers and Microsoft System Centre Operations Manager (SCOM) This position is located in their busy Brisbane office for an initial contract until February 2026.
About the Positions:
These roles are responsible for the management of an organisation's computer systems and needs.
This includes the planning, development, installation, configuration, maintenance, support, and optimisation of all computer systems.
Working closely with the systems analysts and programmers in the installation, development, testing, and maintenance of the computer systems.
Duties
Support the department's Windows Server infrastructure.
Offer technical guidance to clients.
Create and maintain documentation, processes, procedures, and reports.
Be available for on-call duties as scheduled.
Participate in team support rosters to deliver assistance to clients.
Requirements / Skills
Ability to work outside the core support hours of 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
High level of experience with Azure B2C, ADFS.
High level of experience with Powershell Scripting.
Experience with ITIL modelled Change and Release Management in a large enterprise setting.
High level of experience with writing technical documentation.
Experience administering Microsoft Office 365.
