The Role Successfully deliver $15m+ projectsInvolvement from the outset, the design and overseeing procurement before leading constructionDrive programme and take ownership of the jobClient management and engagementHead contract managementDesign managementProgrammingCost reports and budget forecastingThe Person 5+ years' experience as a CM / PM on building projects $5m-$30mCommercial sector experience is essentialDynamic and outcomes focusedStrong with systems and have well-developed processesExcellent contract knowledge and management of head contract claims, variations, EOT etc.Proven track record of managing projects and teams from initial design and project set up through to successful completionStrong building knowledge, up-to-date with the latest construction methodology and well-developed problem-solving skillsStrong negotiation, communication and influencing skillsThe Package Immediate start or January 2025A full-time, permanent position within a growing businessA leadership role within the companyDirect engagement with the Director & ManagementAbility to utilise your vast experience and skillset to help the company meet its goals#J-18808-Ljbffr
