The ICT Business Analyst will drive the alignment of business needs with ICT strategies, providing support for future readiness and ensuring strategic technology integration.
Responsibilities: Conduct detailed business analysis to align ICT strategy with business objectives. Support the enterprise roadmap development and emerging technology implementation. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Assist in the development of strategic cost estimates and resource allocation. Ensure all deliverables align with whole-of-government strategies. Identify business process improvements and system enhancements. Work with cross-functional teams to optimize technology solutions. Document requirements, specifications, and user stories for ICT projects. Support agile project management processes and delivery. Provide insights on emerging trends and technologies for business optimization. Qualifications: Proven experience in business analysis, especially in ICT projects. Strong knowledge of business process modeling and requirements gathering. Experience working in government or public sector projects is preferred.
