The Role Reporting into the Project Director and supporting the wider team, you will contribute to the success of the team by providing contract and administration support to the projects team. Maintaining a high level of organisation and time management, your day to day responsibilities will include:
Complex diary management for the Program Director and Senior Managers Organise meetings and prepare meeting materials Coordinate travel and accommodation Contract and document management Lots of stakeholder management with vendors Assist with board reports and presentations Process expenses and invoices via Ariba Minute taking Organise events and social activities Liaise with internal and external stakeholders Project management tasks What you will need to succeed? Experience in an Administration / Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Coordination role within a fast-paced environment Experience working in project management would be highly desirable Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office & Sharepoint Experience with WorkDay and WSS would be highly desirable Excellent attention to detail and ability to problem solve Strong communication skills both written and verbal Ability to deal with conflicting priorities and high volume requests A "can-do" attitude and ability to deal with all levels of employees within a global firm Please apply now if you are keen to join this people-focused organisation.
