Company Overview Belgravia Health and Leisure Group proudly manage the City of Sydney's six iconic Aquatic and Fitness Leisure Centres:
Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre Cook and Phillip Park Pool Victoria Park Pool Prince Alfred Park Pool Belgravia Leisure employs around 600 diverse individuals in roles such as lifeguards, learn to swim instructors, fitness coaches, centre management, and corporate functions.
The Role The HR Business Partner is a key role in the leadership team and works closely with the Regional Managers and the Centre Management teams. Reporting to the Regional Manager, City of Sydney, this role is primarily responsible for overseeing the HR function across the six City of Sydney Aquatic and Leisure Centres.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the annual workforce plan Oversee the recruitment function for the contracts, ensuring a steady recruitment pipeline to meet the workforce requirements Facilitate group interviews and group inductions Manage the training and development plan across the Centres Ensure effective onboarding and induction of staff Deliver training and the new employee induction program Develop people policies Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of the Contract Ensure processes and procedures are effective and adhered to, with opportunities for new learning in a fast-paced organisation.
