As an HR Advisor, you will partner with line managers, providing strong advice and practical solutions throughout the employee lifecycle. You will utilise your knowledge of the business to support positive people outcomes for our teams, including recruitment, retention, talent management, succession planning, dispute resolution, training, and corporate governance.
This is a great opportunity for a true HR generalist who likes to work in partnership with managers and stakeholders and utilise your consulting, coaching and advisory skills. Working in a fast-paced and agile work environment, you will be supported by a team of People and Culture professionals and have the opportunity to impact the organisation through contributing to various Projects. The HR Advisor supports an inclusive and engaged workforce with employee experience at the front of mind.
The client groups for this position are in SA, WA, and NT.
This role is based in Adelaide, and would require two office days per week.
To be considered, you must: Be Tertiary qualified in HR Management or related qualification (or currently working towards qualification) Have previous experience working within an HR environment Have strong practical knowledge and interpretation of modern awards, the Fair Work Act, NES and relevant legislation Be a pragmatic problem solver Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are essential Have strong business acumen and high emotional intelligence Be a quick learner with a proven ability to work with agility in a fast-paced environment Have experience in managing Performance Management processes Have experience supporting HRM with complex investigations Have sound understanding of Workplace Health and Safety practices Be computer literate with the ability to learn new computer systems Have the ability to hit the ground running You will thrive on our key attributes of Customer Centricity, Curiosity, Resilience, Adaptability, Creativity and a Growth Mindset while supporting a diverse range of clients in environments they are passionate about Have full Australian working rights, ability to satisfy national police check and Working with Children Check requirements Hold a current driver's license Interstate travel is required (average quarterly) Why should you join WISE Employment?
