Job Description Your new role As an Admin Assistant, you will be at the heart of our operations, playing a vital role in ensuring our team runs smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include: Assist with daily office tasks, manage correspondence, and facilitate scheduling for meetings and events. Collaborate on various projects, providing administrative assistance and ensuring deadlines are met. Accurately enter and maintain data in relevant systems, ensuring records are up-to-date and properly organized. About You & What You'll Bring Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
