About You We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Recreation Coordinator who is passionate about empowering patients through meaningful recreational activities. To excel in this role, you will demonstrate:
Skills and Abilities: Strong teamwork, independence, advocacy skills, and proficiency in recreational activities such as art, craft, and sport.Experience: Proven experience working with adults with neurological conditions, brain injuries, and within interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams.Knowledge: A sound understanding of rehabilitation principles and adherence to relevant legislation, including the Equal Opportunity Act and Work Health and Safety Act.Attributes: Excellent communication, report-writing skills, and the physical capability to perform a wide range of duties.This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive yet challenging environment.
